Viking Yorkshire

Peters talk this month is about Viking Yorkshire. We are all know about Viking York and the Jorvik Centre in York but are we familiar with our Viking Heritage much nearer home? Pete is going to introduce us two local Viking treasure hoards that we may not know much about. The Goldsborough Hoard and the Harrogate Hoard, now known as the Vale of York Hoard, both held in the British Museum.
